A compact wicketkeeper in the mould of Australian record-holder Chris Matthews, Leonie Coleman made her international debut in 2004, nearly nine years after breaking into the state scene. She picked up an injury which kept her out of Australia's side for a few years before a triumphant return in 2008 against England and New Zealand. She has been part of New South Wales' dominant set-up as they picked up their tenth WNCL title in 2007-08. Her role model is Ian Healy.
