10.4 to JWA Taylor, all over for Taylor! His much-anticipated first international innings ends with a top-edge pull that looped to midwicket. Good bouncer from Rankin and sound reward for a good morning's work. 34/2
713234.57284100
7.4 to C Kieswetter, cracking ball, and that's the breakthrough! It's been coming for Mooney, who has plugged away on a good length, and that one did just enough. Kieswetter committed, the ball seamed, and O'Brien did the rest. A quick pause to check the no-ball, but all clear. 24/1
39.2 to IJL Trott, the first forcing shot Trott has timed in ages, and it's landed right in the lap of the only man out on the midwicket boundary! The ball was full, the shot was on, and Trott found the middle of the bat - but the fielder didn't have to move. Another wicket, and Ireland will be loving this.. 172/7
41.5 to SG Borthwick, there's another one! Borthwick perishes in the cause, looking to go over the midwicket boundary but getting only as far as Stirling's save pair of hands. 197/8

31.2 to RS Bopara, gone! What was Bopara trying to do? Jones landed another ball on a good length, this one nibbling away off the wicket, and Bopara just stood at the crease and thrust his bat out at it, the thin edge pouched safely by O'Brien. There's an audible sigh from Sahil as Ravi departs for another low score, another chance gone begging. 139/4
37.4 to SR Patel, Patel perishes in the pursuit of quick runs! He tried to go over long-off but could only get as far as Kevin O'Brien, and England have been pegged back by another timely wicket.. 165/6

30.2 to EJG Morgan, what a catch! What a celebration! Stirling tossed another one up and Morgan turned the bat too early as he looked to nudge to leg, the ball taking the leading edge and flying back to the left of Trott. It didn't look as though Stirling would get close to it, but he shuffled quickly to his left and leapt, full stretch, to pluck it out of the air. That wicket meant a lot, and Stirling boots the ball out into the deep in celebration with a big smile. 136/3
34.3 to BA Stokes, there's another one! Stokes had been under pressure from the start of his innings. He drove hard, and perhaps a little too early, at this one to send the ball straight back to the bowler, who made no mistake. Stirling has his second.. 148/5

1.3 to PR Stirling, oh dear. What a waste. Having played a couple of nice strokes Stirling slogs across the line and gets an edge that loops to Bopara at cover. 12/1
7.1 to EC Joyce, Finn gets his reward! Second wicket for him as he holds this on off stump again and Joyce outside edges to the keeper. With every wicket Trott's innings looks more valuable. 24/2
503036.00153100
15.5 to NJ O'Brien, gone! Niall O'Brien picks out Finn at deep square. Slower bouncer and Niall O'Brien couldn't keep his pull shot down. 66/4
17.4 to KJ O'Brien, that's probably the match! Brilliant bowling! After all those slower ones Dernbach has rocked in a yorker at almost 90mph. O'Brien can't get his bat down in time!. 77/6
19.6 to JF Mooney, ah Mooney almost got enough here. Smashed it down the ground and Stokes did well on the boundary edge to hold on above his head. 97/7
402416.0082020
16.6 to NG Jones, gone! Bopara gets his man! Back of the hand slower ball and Jones was through the shot a good hour early. Had time to watch it clip the top of his middle stump. 71/5

21.5 to GC Wilson, smart bowling with a touch of air and spin gets Patel reward. Wilson had to try and find the boundary but ended up with an outside edge that looped towards Bopara who clung on. 108/8
