0.2 to A Lyth, full and straight, Lyth shuffles too far across his stumps trying to heave this through midwicket and misses. He's nailed straight in front of middle and the lbw appeal is upheld. Lyth has a chat with Faf asking if this has maybe pitched outside leg to make it worth a review but winds up walking off without referring it in the end.. 6/1 5.3 to NR Hobson, bullseye! Bird is indeed the word today. Fullish length on middle stump, Hobson clears the front leg for a big heave and sends a breeze to midwicket but the ball skids past and smashes middle stump 2/3 of the way up.. 37/3 5.5 to AJ Turner, caw caw caw! Three for Bird! Turner shuffles across his stumps and tries to scoop a length ball over fine leg but a touch of extra bounce climbs on him and clips a thick top edge swirling all the way to deep third man. 3.3 to F du Plessis, slower ball dragged on! Naveen is all about the change of pace wickets and unsurprisingly one such delivery produces his maiden wicket for the Sixers. It was his first off pace delivery of the day, bowled on a good length on seventh stump. Faf had been timing all his shots on the same pace clearing the front leg and heaving away. This time he is struggling to keep his hands back to a ball well outside off on seventh stump and a bottom edge flutters into off stump.. 26/2 | ||||||||||
