39.6 to KC Sangakkara, massive appeal from England as Anderson swings this one away from Sangakkara, past the edge and through to Prior but England are convinced he's feathered it. Dar didn't see anything but Strauss reviewed. There is a noise at the right movement but perhaps not enough evidence to overturn?... Well, he's been given! Must have gone on the noise because HotSpot wasn't conclusive. The noise proved fatal, Sangakkara isn't amused but England are ecstatic! Rod Tucker is the man in the hot seat and he's made a huge intervention there. Sangakkara's poor record in England continues!. 114/2
50.5 to DPMD Jayawardene, gone! There's the breakthrough. Anderson had been probing away and this time Jayawardene had to play as the ball shaped back into him. He played with hard hands and the edge flew to first slip, where Strauss dived to his right behind second and took a fine catch. Fine bowling and fielding.. 133/3
80.6 to TT Samaraweera, edged to Swann at second slip! Quickest ball of the over, it swings too and takes a thick edge, nestling right in Swann's lap. Well, England were looking a little clueless with Trott operating, but the new ball has done the trick. Not much Samaraweera could do about the dismissal either, the ball angled in, swung away late and he simply had to play at it. 243/5

105.5 to NLTC Perera, gone! Broad has finally got his 100th Test scalp and he looks very relieved. Five months he's waited for that, since Adelaide. Prasanna was looking to loft down the ground but ended up spooning a catch straight to mid-on. Sri Lanka are seven down now, and though Herath is no mug with the bat we're definitely into the tail. 346/7
117.3 to HAPW Jayawardene, that's it for Jayawardene! Broad gets another but it ends a superb innings. The Sri Lanka innings has pivoted on Jayawardene's knock and he's given them a chance of bossing the game. In the end with the tail for company he has a slightly tired drive outside off and feathers and edge through to Prior. 397/9
2698113.1111511000
61.1 to NT Paranavitana, this time he's gone! No need for a review there. Tremlett ventures full and Paranavitana dragged on a drive onto his off stump. Ends a really good innings and on first and second viewing it's difficult to see why he played down the wrong line, the ball didn't move or anything. 159/4
24.427833.16976000
32.4 to TM Dilshan, chopped on! Dilshan aims a cut to a slightly quicker ball, spun enough to find a bottom edge into the base of off stump and it's 50 and out for the captain. 93/1
116.6 to HMRKB Herath, Swann strikes! Tossed it up at Herath who toe-ended a skimming drive to short cover. Not a spectacular end but England will be very relieved. 397/8
118.4 to RAS Lakmal, brilliant catch to end the innings! Wonderful work from Broad. It was tossed up by Broad outside off, Lakmal took a couple of steps down the wicket hauled it towards the left of Broad at mid-on who dived full-length and caught the ball both hands with his body perpendicular to the ground. 400/10

19.1 to AJ Strauss, gone! Where's that come from? What a timely strike for Sri Lanka, Lakmal lands one on the perfect line on middle and off, Strauss had to play and a hint of movement away means the ball takes the outside edge. Mahela Jayawardene at second slip tumbles to his left to hold onto it, and the Sri Lankans are ecstatic. 46/1
2458103.371039000
1616013.75616000
148.5 to IJL Trott, finally they've got him! Dilshan is down on one knee in celebration after he pushes one through quicker and flatter and the ball zips under Trott's bat as he tries to make room, clattering into the stumps. Trott leaves the crease to a standing ovation, and several of the Sri Lankans - including the captain - make a point of congratulating him on his knock as he walks off. 465/5
2839213.281258003
96.3 to AN Cook, gone! The partnership ends as Cook cuts and gets a top edge. He saw it was a touch shorter, but it was quite close to him...the keeper dived in front of first slip to hold a sharp chance. 298/3
2146613.14884001
22.5 to JM Anderson, gone! There's the breakthrough as Anderson edges a very full delivery to slip. Was on offer for driving, but instead it flew comfortably to Mahela at slip. No runs this morning and a wicket down, just like Sri Lanka yesterday. 47/2
44711512.611886100
101.3 to KP Pietersen, We're going to have a review, this keeps really low and rushes straight on with the arm from round the wicket. Pietersen had set himself for a crack through cover but the ball scuttled through very low and he had to jab the bat down. There was a big appeal for lbw, but has it struck the pad first? Doctrove didn't think so, but it doesn't look good for the batsman here. Well, it's taken an absolute age but eventually it's given out, and rightly so - hitting pad first and then bat. KP is really unhappy, and lingers for a few moments before trudging off. 305/4

24.2 to NLTC Perera, what a catch! That is a stunning effort at short leg, and Perera is gone. He flapped at another short ball, the ball pinging lamely off the bat and Bell leaping forward to clutch the catch inches from the turf. England surge towards a win!. 82/9
24.4 to RAS Lakmal, that's it! Gone! How have England pulled a win out of this game? Incredible stuff. Dug in again by Broad, Lakmal just couldn't deal with the bounce and the ball looped easily to Cook in the slips to complete the victory. 82/10
1024044.00467000
1.6 to NT Paranavitana, gone! There's one for England. Paranavitana pushes at one outside off stump and edges low to first slip. Was a good, full length from Tremlett and it drew the batsman forward but not with any confidence. Another neat catch by Strauss. Took England 191 balls to shift Paranavitana in the first innings, but just 10 this time.. 1/1
3.2 to TM Dilshan, gone! Or is it? Dilshan gets into a tangle and it lobs back to Tremlett but he doesn't think he hit it. The review in process and Hotspot shows a touch on the glove. This should be out. And it is! Was well bowled again, banged in back of a length and not well played by Dilshan. England have a sniff here.. 10/2
12.5 to DPMD Jayawardene, gone! Edged to first slip. Three for Tremlett, was a touch fuller and Jayawardene came forward, finding the edge and carrying at waist-height Strauss. 33/3
18.1 to HAPW Jayawardene, it's short from Tremlett, Jayawardene hooks and has that touched the glove? Doctrove says no, but England are convinced and they're going to review it. HotSpot is inconclusive but the slo-mo replays seem to indicate contact with the glove ... this could go either way ... He's gone! It didn't show up on HotSpot but there was a definite noise, and a deflection. What is happening out there?. 43/7
711642.28332000
15.4 to TT Samaraweera, gone! And another, Samaraweera plays back which is always dangerous with some uneven bounce around and chops into his stumps. Much like Dilshan in the first innings. Problems here for Sri Lanka. 36/4
17.2 to KC Sangakkara, gone! Oh boy. This is on for England. Big style. Sangakkara comes forward, it turns a little and the edge goes low to slip. Beautiful bowling, Swann at his best to left handers. Half the side out.. 43/5
17.5 to MF Maharoof, gone! Edged to the keeper but Maharoof reviews it. He's hit it. Clear HotSpot and there's no wasting time with that. Easy decision. Swann is on fire, it was the straighter ball and Maharoof came forward but played the wrong line. 43/6
19.1 to HMRKB Herath, gone! Another one! Herath swiped across the line, a bit of a brainless slog-sweep from a tailender, the ball rushes on with thearm from round the wicket and that hits him just about in line with the stumps. Sri Lanka sink further. 52/8
