4.1 to TT Beaumont, tim-baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Leg stump out of the ground, Alam is bouncing around in delight! Good pace and direction, maybe a little seam movement in and Beaumont played all around the ball as she came forward trying to hit down the ground - thoroughly castled. 34/1
19.5 to KH Brunt, top-edged into the covers - and taken! Alam went wide from over the wicket, Brunt was trying to flay it through the off side with a horizontal bat but only managed to send it looping towards the edge of the square. 153/6
19.6 to DN Wyatt, heaved out towards long-on, two in two for Alam! She roars out in celebration once again, Wyatt getting agricultural only to land in the muck at cow corner... Those two wickets prevented England buffing their total any further but it's been a solid batting effort. 153/7
402817.0091110
16.6 to NR Sciver, and this one is held at long-on! Sciver goes trying to hit out, she swiped down the ground but only managed to pick out the fielder coming in off the fence and there was no mistake this time. 118/4

9.5 to SJ Taylor, beaten in the flight, Taylor plays around it and is miles out of her ground to be stumped! Fahima strikes, and it's a big wicket... They are again checking to see if Nigar took the ball behind the stumps - she missed out against India, thanks to a tight call - but it's okay this time. Nicely bowled, dragged it down as Taylor came out, and the keeper finished the job. 70/2

10.1 to HC Knight, chipped back to the bowler, Knight goes second ball! Might have stopped in the surface but not sure what Knight was aiming to do there, tamely plopped back to the bowler, who snaffled it an inch or two above the ground. 71/3
302317.6631000
17.5 to CM Edwards, turn for Rumana, Edwards is beaten outside off, aiming a weary slap through cover, to be stumped... Again the third umpire Johann Cloete is going to check the ball was taken behind the stumps; it's tighter than a gnat's pyjamas but Nigar is given the benefit and Edwards has to go. 127/5

0.6 to Sharmin Akhter, bowled 'er, leg stump flat on the ground! Bit of a waft from Sharmin, left a gap for the ball to come back in and rattle the woodwork... That's a wicket maiden for Brunt to get Bangladesh off to an inauspicious start. 0/1
402726.75112110
5.1 to Ayasha Rahman, pitched up, in the slot... but drilled to mid-off! A solid connection from Ayasha but she has picked out Edwards on the edge of the ring and England's captain hangs on. Good intent but needed a bit more oomph to clear the fielder. 14/2
18.4 to Nigar Sultana, sharp stumping attempt from Taylor - is that out? They are going to check with the third umpire - and, yes, she was out of her ground! Nigar had shuffled forward, attempted to hit across the line and was beaten, Taylor then nudged off the bails with the batsman's back foot an inch or so out of the crease. 110/5
302207.3363000
301515.0081000
19.6 to Jahanara Alam, full outside off, Alam chips it to cover to be dismissed off the final ball of the innings - which means England win by 36 runs and get their WT20 campaign off to a positive start. 117/6
402015.00112000
8.6 to Fargana Hoque, goes for the sweep, hits it sweet as a nut - but straight to midwicket! Smart catch from Sciver and Fargana's (relatively) furious charge is halted. Hazell gave it some air and Fargana whacked it low to the fielder's left, a good diving catch. 38/3
