18.4 to MS Dhoni, picks out midwicket and Dhoni goes! England needed that... Bresnan dug the ball in but it wasn't quite short enough to pull, Dhoni wasn't able to time his shot and the ball popped in slow motion straight into Samit Patel's hands standing on the edge of the circle. 168/6

1.5 to AM Rahane, length outside off, a wild swing gets a huge outside edge that flies straight to third man who doesn't have to move. Rahane took a little step down the wicket and swung hard getting a huge edge and flew right down the fielder's throat, a good early blow for England, Rahane played well in Pune. 7/1
19.3 to R Ashwin, scooped straight to deep cover and that's the end of Aswin! It was full and wide, there to hit, but Ashwin sliced it out towards the fielder coming in off the rope. 171/7

6.5 to V Kohli, straight and full, Kohli looks to play into the leg side, misses, big appeal for lbw and given out the finger goes up pretty quickly and Kohli might have been gunned down there because that's looks leg side in the replay. He got quite away across his stumps and the ball nipped back in and beat the bat but by doing might have been going down but may have nicked leg stump. 64/2

8.1 to Yuvraj Singh, that is why Wright's bowling. Sends down a back of a length ball just outside off which Yuvraj pulls down long on's throat What a bonus for England. Could have hit that anywhere but has slapped it straight down the ground and the fielder didn't have to move to take the catch. 71/3
10.5 to G Gambhir, and gone, pressure told and top-edged to third man! Gambhir has laboured for more than half the innings to accrue 17, finally his frustration began to show and that was an ugly pull as the ball slid across him, it went very high but was well taken running around the boundary. 88/4

14.1 to RG Sharma, tossed up, this doesn't spin and Rohit is castled! The delivery drifted in with the arm, bit of action on the ball but it just skidded straight on as Rohit went to slog-sweep across the line, trying to raise the tempo again but his middle stump was lost to the cause. 108/5

17.5 to SR Patel, Patel gets under it, this hasn't got the legs and drops safely into Gambhir's mitts at midwicket! There was a bit too much on it for Patel to pull cleanly, the ball came off the splice and looped gently up towards the edge of the circle. 149/4

8.2 to MJ Lumb, down the wicket, swing and miss and easily stumped Yuvraj has slipped on past Lumb and India have their breakthrough. Lumb tried to leg side against the spin but this ball is just skidding on with the dew, Lumb was late on the stroke and missed by a distance, smart but simply stumping for Dhoni. 80/1
10.6 to LJ Wright, again this skids on to Wright's front pad and this time the finger goes up! He had come forward, was bang in line with off stump as the ball thumped pad, played down the wrong line and that looked like it would have gone to clip the top of middle. 94/2
14.4 to AD Hales, Yuvraj strikes again, Hales picking out deep backward square with a slog-sweep! Dinda took the catch tumbling back as the ball dropped towards him, the connection was decent but not enough to carry over the rope and Yuvraj stands, arms spread, drinking in the pandemonium. 123/3
