3.5 to PR Stirling, gone! Rankin has his first England ODI wicket. Back of a length at off stump, squares up Stirling with a touch of seam movement, takes a thick edge high on the bat and carries low to second slip where Ballance held a sharp chance. 25/1
7.3 to EC Joyce, punched into the off side, what's happened here? A bail has fallen off. Rankin is pointing at it. Has it blown off? Or has Joyce touched his stumps? Umpires having a quick look at the TV. Looks like he's hit wicket! His heel just rocked the base of leg stump. Umpires still checking. No real signals given, but Joyce is now walking off. What a way to go. All rather subdued. Not sure the crowd have been given any information. Complete silence.. 36/2
45.1 to WTS Porterfield, full and follows Porterfield again, who is stepping to leg this time, he's ended up yorked well outside leg stump and the ball cannons into the stumps. Bit unfortunate for Porterfield but well bowled Rankin, realising the batsman had stepped away and followed him to cramp him up, it was a good full, straight delivery and Porterfield was nowhere near it. 224/6
45.5 to JF Mooney, full and straight, Mooney misses and is given out lbw it looked very straight that. Good pace from Rankin, the batsman hurried in trying to play to leg and misses, caught very low on the pad in front of middle. Slight question over whether it might have pitched just outside leg but it was so full it's very hard to tell and looked very straight. 229/7

34.4 to KJ O'Brien, top catch! Bonus for England. Another short delivery but this time O'Brien's pull picks out Morgan at midwicket who takes a sharp diving catch to his right. Then drop-kicks the ball in celebration.. 161/5

20.6 to NJ O'Brien, quicker ball, slides past the attempted defensive stroke off the back foot and takes the off stump and Tredwell has a much-deserved wicket. He's bowled with lovely flight and generated good turn, should have had a catch in the deep but now deceives O'Brien with a quicker delivery that skidded on; arm ball does the trick. 95/3
26.2 to GC Wilson, floated up on off stump, turns back and strikes the batsman on the front pad, did he get outside the line, no, he's been given out the turn has convinced the umpire that came back enough, probably going on to hit the stumps but Wilson may feel he got outside the line, it was certainly very close. Well bowled from Tredwell though, nicely floated up again and finds more turn. 121/4

8.2 to LJ Wright, stays back and attempts to run the ball to third man - but Wright has played on! The slowness of the pitch did for him, cross-batted shots always dangerous in these circumstances and a thick bottom edge sent the ball straight down on to the base of off stump. Wright's head sags in unison, he kicks the turf - Ireland are right on top here. 25/2
8.4 to GS Ballance, tries to leave, doesn't withdraw the bat quickly enough and there's a feather on it - Ballance is gone, caught behind! Indecision from Ballance, facing only his second ball, he wanted to leave but his muscles took a moment to catch up with his brain and the ball brushed the face on its way through. 25/3
14.5 to JWA Taylor, skids on, through the defences and bowled him! Murtagh has a third, England's little man defeated by one that came back at him - though in truth it was a loose shot, left a gap between bat and pad and Murtagh located it. 48/4

3.1 to MA Carberry, pitched up and swinging in, hit in front again - and that's out! Carberry manages just 10 runs in atonement for his two drops (plus 0-12 with the ball) and his ODI debut is ended by a man who has played 66 of them with distinction for Ireland. Johnston got the right line to a left-hander, the ball pitching on middle, holding its line and would have lopped the top of the pole. 11/1
