0.1 to MJ Guptill, dream start! I mean an absolute dream start for Sri Lanka as Guptill is on his way with a lazy waft outside his off stump. Truly one of the softest dismissals you will ever see in an ODI. Guptill has a half-hearted swipe at this gentle loosener outside his off stump, and ends up tickling an edge to the keeper, who takes it comfortably with a dive to his right. 0/1
10.5 to BB McCullum, 126 kph, and Kula strikes, or has he? McCullum wants a review. Kulasekera delivers this one on a length on and about off, with this one nipping into McCullum, who is late on it as he is hit on the back leg. This certainly looked out upon second viewing. Impact is given as umpire's call, so this means that this will remain out. Big wicket for Sri Lanka as Brendon departs the University Oval for just 25. 51/2

1004914.90325020
12.5 to KS Williamson, 133 kph, and Perera delivers for his captain in the first over itself as he gets Kane to nick at one just outside off, and deviating away a touch, as the ball carries through to Sangakkara, who is far too experienced to mess this one up. This time Williamson has to go and that is certainly one player the Sri Lankans will be more than happy to see the back of. 60/3
703625.14234030
17.1 to LRPL Taylor, unbelievable. Thirimanne has done it! Who would have thunk it? Taylor takes this fullish length wide of off and ends up slogging it over to the midwicket fielder, who just can't believe his luck as he takes a simple catch in the deep. 82/4
19.6 to CJ Anderson, Thirimanne has tripled his ODI tally in the space of two overs. This time it is Anderson's turn to go as he is late on this fuller length ball which strikes him on middle, with the umpire raising the finger soon after. After blasting away two boundaries, Corey has got to go as they have no reviews left after McCullum used his, and with this pitching outside leg, looks like it would have been a useful one too. 93/5

43.1 to FDM Karunaratne, 133 kph, and the move looks to have paid dividends as Dimuth makes it nine down as he holes out to Brendon at mid off with a forceful shot. New Zealand just one away from wrapping up a big victory here in Dunedin. 252/9
43.4 to RAS Lakmal, 133 kph, and it is all over at the University Oval as Lakmal plays all around this fuller one on middle and leg. 252/10
1004444.40352120
35.5 to DPMD Jayawardene, 139 kph, and Boult has given what Brendon wanted! Mahela has to depart the Oval after playing all around this delivery going across him, with the right-hander going across his stumps before looking to employ the paddle past fine leg. Boult saw it early and adjusted the line to careen into Mahela's off stump. Ends a spirited knock from Mahela, and puts NZ slightly ahead now on the cards. 211/3
37.3 to KMDN Kulasekara, 137 kph, and Boult strikes now as Kula's short stay comes to an end. Looking to hook this shorter one but this was onto him too quickly as the ball ends up spooning behind to Ronchi, who doesn't have to travel too far to take the catch. 224/5
39.4 to NLTC Perera, 137 kph, and this time Perera has to go as he too doesn't trouble the scorers much as he flashes hard at this short and wide delivery from Boult, with the ball carrying straight to Kane at backward point. 234/7
41.4 to BMAJ Mendis, 114 kph, outstanding slower ball to get Mendis as he looked to get low and sweep this through fine leg, similar to what Mahela tried against him when he was dismissed. Ends up getting his middle peg knocked back as Sri Lanka go eight down. 245/8
402105.2571000
805627.00227110
36.2 to TM Dilshan, 132 kph, and the plan has come off to perfection as McClenaghan has taken arguably the most decisive wicket, as he gets Dilshan to go after this shorter one which he looked to get under and over cover, but ends up spooning an easy chance to the extra-cover fielder, who takes it with glee. 215/4
38.6 to LD Chandimal, 132 kph, far too early in the stroke as he offers up an edge to Ronchi, who takes it comfortably enough. The extra bounce did him in there as Mitchell takes another one. Chandimal departs the Oval without troubling the scorers. 233/6
904224.66242010
18.3 to HDRL Thirimanne, short and it looks like the break has claimed yet another victim as the lack of pace from Elliott meant Lahiru had to bring some of his own into the shot as he looked to hook high over backward square, but ends up holing to the fielder in the deep. A steady knock from the stand-in captain comes to an end, and Sri Lanka lose their first wicket in this big chase. 93/1
26.1 to KC Sangakkara, Elliott strikes again as his golden day continues in the form of Sangakkara's dismissal from the middle. Delivers a back-of-the-hand slower ball which Sangakkara fails to see as he chips over mid on, with long on getting under it to take the catch safely. Would be frustrating for the left-hander as he endeavoured to build a start to support Dlishan at the other end. 141/2
