7.34pm So, that's a wrap from Beausejour. Not quite clinical from England, but effective enough. We'll be back on Friday for the penultimate leg of the tour, the second T20I in St Kitts. See you then.

Eoin Morgan: "I thought Adil did an incredible job today, he's proven he has the ability to come on at any stage and threaten both sides of the bat, he's a huge asset to fall back on. Jordan's experience in T20 is vast ... it was a case of going with TC in the final over, his slower ball to guys who'd just come in was the way to go."

Jonny Bairstow is Player of the Match: "Great fun, a quick turnaround, get to play with a lot of freedom. A few guys not playing in this series, so an opportunity to carry on from the one-day series. Good fun having the gloves, not as many to catch as in the Tests so when the ball comes it's a bit of a surprise."

7.29pm Time for some presentations. Jason Holder: "We were a bit scrappy in the field and the wicket was a bit two-paced. Too many extras in the field. There's a massive wind factor at this ground. Pooran is a very explosive player, and the guys were able to bat around him as well."

7.25pm It's been a lively night in the Champions League tonight as well. Spurs are through to the last eight, but that's not the big story of the night...

7.18pm So, as four-wicket wins go, that was sufficiently dominant from England. West Indies looked to have posted a competitive total, but a combination of Jonny Bairstow's belligerence and a poor evening in the field wrecked their chances of defending it. Sheldon Cottrell kept things interesting, as he tends to do, but it was a stroll for the second ten overs, to be honest.

Jon: "Damian: Denly and Billings did what was needed. Got out going for a big shot when the game was as good as won." Yep. Can't argue with that

David - aka sle: "One can't help but feel that the 20 extras conceded have played a big part here" There is that, though England actually served up more wides

Callum: "Why not a four off last delivery, thought it hit the rope?" They presumably completed the single before the ball got to the rope. Dumb rule

George Macphers: "Only 3 6's in this innings from England is woeful. We could have use the top half of our order to chase 161. England could have turn a few of those 1's into 6's which would have made the difference in the chase to allow England to get to 161 with a few overs to spare. " George, I think you've forgotten your tablets again. Nurse!

Cottrell to Tom Curran, 1 run

slammed through long-on and that's a comprehensive win!

Damian: "Not particularly convincing from denly or billings" Both innings would have looked better as not outs... they had no need to play any differently thanks to Bairstow

Cottrell to Willey, 1 run

slower ball again, tucked to the leg side and the scores are level

short, sharp, bursts through the keeper's gloves, and that's wrecked the suspense! Oh well, it was intriguing while it lasted

Cottrell to Billings, OUT

full, straight and bowled! A loopingly slow cutter, Billings is drawn into a wild glory-seeking hack, and off come his bails! Another day when Billings has come to the party, then left it rather drunkenly after necking the tequila when the dancefloor was at his mercy

Sam Billings b Cottrell 18 (16b 1x4 0x6) SR: 112.5

Cottrell returns. He's been West Indies' likeliest source of wickets on this leg of the tour...

smashed out to deep square leg, and dropped! A brain-fade from Billings, hitting into the breeze and for some reason Thomas only goes for it with one hand. Worried about the proximity of the rope, but that could have been interesting!

So, Denly won't be seeing this one home, though he's played his part. Here's David Willey, to win it in one hit!
