3.4 to MDKJ Perera, that was a very soft dismissal! This was drifting on the pads and Kusal shuffled and looked to tuck it to the on side, too early on the shot and the ball lobbed tamely to short midwicket, you could have caught that with your eyes shut. 26/1
49.2 to SL Malinga, So Sri Lanka don't last 50 overs after all, this was a fuller delivery and Malinga was looking to clear the rope down the ground, he picked long-on and SL have lost 5 wickets for 11 runs. 267/10
9.405015.17232020
30.4 to TM Dilshan, Dilshan's out bowled but somehow he's not convinced, Duminy was bowling from round the wicket, Dilshan was looking to sweep, the ball struck the off bail, Dilshan didn't really see how he was bowled and hung around for a few seconds, the ball deflected off the glove to the stumps. 154/4
1005815.80306110
8.5 to KC Sangakkara, caught down the leg side and that's the big wicket, Morkel dug it in short down the leg side and Sangakkara was looking to pull, the ball got high on him and the ball brushed his glove first, he walked. 63/2
1004844.80313140
46.1 to AD Mathews, that was more a Test match dismissal, McLaren bowled it on the corridor of uncertainty, Mathews was cramped for room, feet not moving and thick outside edge to the keeper, the sort of dismissal on the first morning of a Test with the new ball. 256/6
46.5 to KMDN Kulasekara, Kulasekara stayed at the crease and looked to smash it just about anywhere, nowhere near the pitch of it and he got a top edge that swirled to the off side, de Villiers takes the skier. 256/7
46.6 to SMA Priyanjan, the third for the over! This was the short ball and slower as well, Priyanjan had crossed the previous ball and took strike but he too fell to a top edge, swung too early and an easy one for AB running forward from mid-on. 256/8
48.5 to BAW Mendis, the short one was too good for Mendis, Mendis was down the track and he hung out the periscope after realising that he couldn't hook it, feathers the edge and de Kock appeals. 266/9
1014124.10250010
22.1 to HDRL Thirimanne, Tahir gets away with a short one and Thirimanne had only himself to blame here, it was asking to be hit over the on side but the batsman got the placement all wrong, Amla was at deep midwicket and he didn't have to move much, bends and takes it comfortably. 125/3
42.4 to DPMD Jayawardene, tossed up and Jayawardene had made room to scoop it over the off side but he didn't read the googly and the ball crashed middle and leg. 225/5

2.1 to Q de Kock, he comes round the wicket and the ploy works straightaway! Bowled from slightly wide of the crease and he got it to angle back in sharply and de Kock was playing down the wrong line, hits the leg stump. 9/1
4.5 to JH Kallis, that's another failure for Kallis! The sharp bouncer leads to his downfall, Malinga reverts to over the wicket for Kallis, bangs it in short and Kallis can't resist the hook, there was a sound and Sangakkara threw the ball up as soon as he caught it, it was a good catch too. 26/2
37.2 to HM Amla, it's a full toss and Amla has holed out! On the body and he looks to swing it over the infield but a very easy catch for Senanayake at midwicket, they check if the ball was above waist height but it was within the limit. 180/8
37.4 to M Morkel, another yorker but this time Morkel couldn't keep it out, it was in fact the slower ball, Morkel played all around it and the ball struck the off stump. 180/9
503907.80168000
713615.14265040
26.5 to R McLaren, the pressure of four dot balls prompts this release shot and it is a very soft dismissal in the end, he tossed it up a bit more and gave him a bit more width, McLaren was looking at lofting it straighter and got a leading edge that lobbed to Kulasekara at point. 124/6
311103.66111000
6.121822.91241000
20.1 to JP Duminy, Sri Lanka get back in this with two in quick succession, Duminy this time perishing for playing the cut, this was the off break that was drifting wide of the left-hander, he chased it and Sangakkara takes the thick edge. 104/4
38.1 to DW Steyn, Steyn's been given out lbw and Steyn is reviewing it, it was the googly, Steyn was trapped on the back foot, the ball hits the top flap of the pad first and then the bat, height was the doubt and Hawkeye shows the ball hitting the top of the off stump, umpire's call stands, Steyn's gone and that's the match. 180/10
1004034.00301010
19.2 to AB de Villiers, huge relief for Sri Lanka as AB finds long-on with precision, it was flighted and AB was down the track but didn't loft with conviction, he feared the worst as soon as he hit it, Thisara takes it well in front of the rope. 101/3
21.5 to DA Miller, after two drops someone finally hangs on! What a freakish over this has been. Tossed up by Dilshan and inviting another drive, this was uppish again but Senanayake times his dive well at extra cover and takes the catch. 109/5
27.6 to VD Philander, Dilshan never too far from the spotlight today, it's a length ball outside off, Philander goes back looking to cut, thick edge and Sangakkara knew it, Dilshanset off with the airplane celebration. 127/7
