6.6 to AA Obanda, finally Southee gets some reward for some tight bowling, this one was pitched on a length, and went on with the angle to hit Obanda on the pads, New Zealand went up, so too did umpire Erasmus' finger, looked to be heading towards leg stump, but replays show it bouncing just over the top of the stumps, Kenya haven't gone for the review. 14/1
22.5 to NN Odhiambo, and another one goes, nothing shot really, swinging wildly to a full delivery that was of the you-miss-I-hit types, well Odhiambo missed, and the ball uprooted off stump, ho hum. 68/8
22.6 to SO Ngoche, two in two for Tim, pinpoint yorker on the stumps, and before the bat could come down, the ball had crashed on to boot, not much to decide for the umpire, Southee is on a hat trick with one wicket to go. 68/9

11.6 to SR Waters, full and angled in on the stumps, Waters is late on it and plays around it to be struck on the pads, the umpire thinks long before raising the finger, the batsmen get together, and decide not to review it, Waters walks back after a stuttering innings, replays show that would have taken out leg. 40/2
13.2 to SO Tikolo, cleaned him up, what a delivery, full and steaming in on the stumps, Tikolo plays all over it, and it crashes in to the base of middle, and takes out off stump too for good measure, Kenya have lost their most experienced player. 42/3
13.5 to CO Obuya, they continue to fall, another fullish delivery, this one stayed low, and rapped him on the pads, Bennett asked the question and got an affirmative answer from the umpire, Kenya try to delay the inevitable with a decision review, but that is dead, that is hitting middle, he just played outside the line, and now has to walk back, Kenya in tatters. 44/4
15.3 to MA Ouma, Bennett is on fire, and Kenya are wilting under the heat, it was very full and quick, Ouma was late on the attempted flick, and the bat was late in coming in front of pad, up went the finger, but hello, replays show he was struck comfortably outside the line of off stump, but Kenya decided not to review it, well if they reviewed the plumb leg before of Obuya, they could have done this one too, but alas, they don't, and are five down one short of 50. 49/5

19.5 to JK Kamande, gets his man in his first over, he pitched it a shade fuller outside off, Kamande looked to run it down to third man, but the extra bounce that Oram normally gets did him in, and the thick edge flew to the right of Baz who held on comfortably, more worries for Kenya. 59/6
21.3 to TM Odoyo, another one stops on the batsman, there have been a few of those, but the problem for Odoyo was, it also produced the Oram extra bounce, Odoyo was taken by surprise and ungainly fended it in the air for Jesse to take the dolliest of dollies at point, dear me, Kenya have gone nowhere in this innings. 63/7
23.5 to E Otieno, oops, there will be no hat trick for Southee, another one stopped on the batsman, he was already well forward and pushing hard at it, and the ball flew to one of the two men at short midwicket, it's all over for Kenya, nice gesture from the big man Oram, grins sheepishly and gestures apologetically in the direction of Southee, who has an even broader smile on his face. 69/10
