3.2 to FDM Karunaratne, 144 kph, too fast and on target from Milne as Dimuth looks plumb in front to this fuller one swinging back into him from middle. Milne goes up for the appeal and the umpire acquiesces, but Dimuth, after a brief consultation, decides to go for the review. Pitches in line and it is an on-field call for the wicket being hit so it looks like this will remain out. Off goes Dimuth after his short tenure at the crease. 10/1
7.2 to KC Sangakkara, 146 kph, you just can't have a NZ match without a screamer at backward point. This time it is Williamson's turn who continues his wonderful form as he takes a good, low catch to his right to snag a huge wicket for NZ. Milne bowled one on a fuller length which Sangakkara couldn't help but go after as he offers a slice to Williamson, who pulls it off with ease.. 16/2
1013643.60384020
39.2 to HDRL Thirimanne, and it is that man Williamson who strikes again as Thirimanne, looking to break the shackles somewhat, slices at this length ball outside his off stump, with the intent of getting this past backward point, but instead he manages to locate the man, who doesn't put it down. Five wickets down now are Sri Lanka, and they still need some runs in order to put pressure on the hosts. 155/5
46.2 to BMAJ Mendis, caught by Brendon McCullum!! Mendis is gone! It was short and wide outside off, Mendis swings hard at it, gets a top edge and McCullum at mid off takes an easy catch. 200/6
46.4 to DPMD Jayawardene, and Mahela's fine innings comes to an end as he holes out high over backward square to Corey Anderson, who puts in a dive at the end to hold on to the chance in the deep. Mahela was looking to pull this shorter one high over cow corner, but instead miscued it behind to Anderson, who was stationed around backward square. Sublime ODI innings this from Mahela. Could it be enough though ?. 200/7
46.5 to NLTC Perera, and Mitchell has suddenly made it three wickets in the over as Perera goes out in the softest manner possible, offering up a thick outside edge which carried comfortably to Ronchi, who took it without incident. Mitchell now on a hat-trick. 200/8
1006116.10316110
49.2 to SMSM Senanayake, this time looking for the big heave through long on, but instead offers a thick outside edge which is taken cleanly by Ronchi. Sri Lanka nine down now, and New Zealand one away from bowling them out. 213/9
1013813.80361200
14.3 to TM Dilshan, bamboozles Dilshan, who looks to be in a hurry to get somewhere, with a beautiful flighted delivery pitched outside off which invites Dilshan to come down the track as he looked for the heave over cover, but is late on the ball as he enters his downswing, with Ronchi doing well to collect this cleanly and then remove the bails in a flash as Dilshan swiveled around to take stock of the situation. 51/3

0.3 to MJ Guptill, 130 kph, and Kula strikes in the first over as he gets Guptill to go after a length ball outside off, looking to slice this past point, but instead hits it straight to the fielder, who takes it comfortably. It was Dilshan too, so that was always a risky stroke. 0/1
11.1 to GD Elliott, 123 kph, Elliott plays all around this length ball pitching outside off and swinging in quite a bit, beating the chop from Elliott who didn't expect the ball to shape in so much. Suddenly Sri Lanka look quite dangerous here as they have reduced New Zealand to 77 for 4. 77/4
604918.16166110
26.4 to L Ronchi, 135 kph, Ronchi ends up offering a leading edge chance to this ball going down the leg side, as the ball catches the edge to bobble high over mid off, who backs away before taking the catch safely. Vital breakthrough for Sri Lanka as New Zealand have just four wickets in hand now, with 70 still required to get. Should even out the game a touch more now with that scalp. 149/6
1004324.30373200
6.4 to BB McCullum, and Senanayake manages to have the final laugh as he invites Brendon to come down with another tossed up delivery which Brendon swings down the wrong line, looking to clear cow corner once more. Sangakkara does well to collect the take and remove the bails before Brendon could react. What a way to to get this second innings cracking!. 63/2
10.1 to KS Williamson, pitched just outside off as Mahela takes an absolute pearl from outside off to this thick outside edge as Kane looked surprised by the extra bounce. Mahela sticks out the left hand and then manages to just hold onto the chance as Kane looks back in utter disbelief. Really was an incredible reflex catch, and that too his weak side. Big wicket for Sri Lanka as they look to gain control of this run rate and keep the hosts in check. 76/3

18.3 to TWM Latham, invites him to have a drive at this flighted delivery outside off which spins away sharply as Latham looked to drive this between long off and cover. Ends up being late on it as he plays the wrong line to give Sangakkara his second stumping victim of the day. 101/5
40.2 to CJ Anderson, Dilshan removes the danger man as Anderson is late on the sweep, with the ball striking in line with the stumps on a fuller length. Looked good as gone there. Anderson, realising the match situation, wants the review. Replays show that this indeed was as plumb as it looked the first time. Ends up being confirmed as out as Anderson walks off to good applause as he trudges off with a score of 81. 209/7
