4.5 to R Mutumbami, trapped in front! Mutumbami stayed at the crease, his feet didn't really go anywhere, and flicked across his front pad. There were two sounds, but I believe that was the ball hitting the front pad and and the back pad. A fairly straightforward decision for the umpire, and Afghanistan strike early!. 11/1
6.5 to CR Ervine, got him! After beating the bat twice, Dawlat has found the edge. Ervine wanted to drive again. The ball was up there for the shot, but the seam movement took it further away from him. The ball kissed the edge and nestled snuggly in Shahzad's gloves. Dawlat is embraced by his team mates as he pumps his fists in celebration.. 13/2
49.5 to Sikandar Raza, sliced up high towards mid off, the fielder runs back, settles underneath it, and holds the catch. A brave knock comes to an end.. 183/8

44.1 to LM Jongwe, slog swept out to deep midwicket! Well, he went for the shot straight away. The connection was alright, but it went too high and not far enough. The fielder settles under the high chance, and holds it cleanly.. 147/7
1032212.20440100
13.1 to SC Williams, chipped to mid off! Williams probably wanted to go straighter than this, but punched too early at the ball to present a simple catch to the mid off fielder.. 43/3
1003723.70312000
14.6 to CJ Chibhabha, got him! This has been a lovely over from the young leggie. Again he hung this one in the breeze, and it drifted in deceptively. He expected it to pitch and turn, but it rushed straight on, and he'd played outside it. Umpire Nigel Llong upholds the appeal, and Zimbabwe are in serious trouble at 45 for 4.. 45/4
27.5 to CT Mutombodzi, stumped! Tino came down the track, but the ball was really short and he couldn't get close to the pitch of it. There was sharp spin, away from the bat, and by the time he turned himself around Shahzad had smashed the stumps down. Another one goes, and Zimbabwe sink even further. 82/6

24.3 to Mohammad Nabi, there's a collision between the fielders, but Nabi is caught! He wanted to send this over the infield, with both mid on and mid off up, but top edged the stroke. Both Panyangara, at mid on, and Masakadza, at midwicket, wanted it. Masakadza set himself under the ball, and held the catch even as Panyangara bumped into him, knocking him over. But he shows good commitment to hold on, and Zimbabwe break through again. Is it too late?. 119/2
1014214.20393200
41.3 to Samiullah Shinwari, off the splice, and it lobs easily to Ervine at slip! Shenwari was well forward, and the ball bounced more than he expected. Simple catch for the slip fielder, and Afghanistan lose another, on the brink of victory.. 170/5
8.413123.57392110
42.5 to Shafiqullah, smart catch! Shafiqullah flicks, but in the air, and Ervine dives forward to hold it inches above the turf. He also did well to hold on as both elbows hit the ground.. 175/6
44.1 to Asghar Stanikzai, bowled him! Afghanistan are stumbling on the brink. Stanikzai played inside the line to one delivered from round the wicket, and it spun across him to hit the off stump.. 178/7

17.6 to Noor Ali Zadran, gone! Noor Ali responds with an aggressive swipe outside off, but he's cut the ball in the air and straight to Chigumbura in the covers. Chisoro bellows his celebration in the batsman's direction as Noor Ali trudges off. Finally, Zimbabwe break through, though Afghanistan are already in a great position.. 72/1
25.3 to Mohammad Shahzad, great catch. The fielder had to run back from midwicket, dive and catch it over his shoulder. Guess who? It's Sikandar Raza, and he shows no tiredness in his legs as he leaps in the air and flings the ball up in celebration. The shot was on for Shahzad, as there was no one on the boundary, but his stroke was top edged. Is this an opening for Zimbabwe?. 119/3
31.1 to Nawroz Mangal, great awareness from Ervine! He was at slip, but as Nawroz telegraphed his intentions to paddle-sweep he started to move behind the keeper. The ball popped up off the bat-handle/glove and Ervine found himself in the perfect position to hold an easy catch. Another wicket!. 133/4
