Stayed low and just enough turn from outside off to clip the stump. 13/1 5.2 to JM Bairstow, googly from Hasa, tossed up and spinning inside as Bairstow comes down to be hit on the pad. Adrian Holdstock shakes his head, but SL review - this might well be close, you know, although he's a fair way out of his crease. Yes, hitting leg stump according to Hawk-Eye, and YJB is gone first ball! Another big blow landed by SL inside the powerplay. 35/3 18.2 to EJG Morgan, another googly pitches full outside leg stump, Morgan stays in his crease this time and goes for the slog sweep but misses badly. 18.2 to C Karunaratne, length ball on off stump, a big heave for long-on, big splices this halfway up the bat and floats gently to Roy 10 yards inside the rope. Safe catch taken at head height with palms facing out and fingers to the sky in front of his face.. 134/9 18.6 to M Theekshana, flighted full on middle, charges to heave this down the ground but only manages to pick out Jordan at wide long-on. He positions his body to swivel his hips sideways in order to take the catch side-on rather than front on in order to take some steam off the ball and keep his body balanced inside the rope. In it comes at chest height and he's balanced himself perfectly to stay a yard inside the rope. England do everything so so well. Perfectly symbolic way to close out the match.. 137/10 | ||||||||||

10.5 to PBB Rajapaksa, holes out to long-on! Woakes does him in with an off-cutter full on off stump, Rajapaksa thrown off by the change of pace and scuffs a drive flat toward Roy, who charges in 15 yards from the rope and dives forward to pull off a sharp catch at shin height.. 76/5 | ||||||||||

Superbly bowled, the slider again as the batter comes at him, looks to go down the ground but only manages a spiralling chance into the off side, well held by Moeen Ali running across from mid-off. Rashid bags England's second of the night. 24/2 5.1 to MDKJ Perera, KJP slogs at a googly and is done for! Looking to come down but that ended up as an ungainly hack... skied into the off side and Morgan circles around beneath it from extra cover - well held, as the dew seems to be making the ball pretty slippery now. 8.3 to WIA Fernando, full, straight and bang in front! Jordan strikes, an easy decision for Adrian Holdstock and Avishka doesn't bother to review. Simply missed a whip around his pads - the ball thundering into middle and leg, reckons Hawk-Eye. 57/4 17.6 to PVD Chameera, goes for yorker on the legs, instead it's a half-volley on the legs that's flicked in the air to deep backward square leg. Man is perfectly placed on the rope for the shot. Malan swallows this at neck height a yard inside the rope and is perfectly balanced to not have to resort to any self-flick relay.. 134/8 | ||||||||||

16.5 to PW Hasaranga, this time Hasaranga's charge goes awry! Or does it?! Flighted full outside off, drives this in the air to wide long-off. Roy runs 25 yards left and takes the catch before flicking to Billings who was coming over from cover sweeper. Roy had to let it go as he was abut to slide into the rope but looked like he flicked it out well before making contact. Billings takes the relay catch at waist height before heaving it into the air in delight. It's confirmed as a legal wicket by the third umpire.. 129/6 | ||||||||||
